  • Product description: 
    ·It consists of screw, thrust sleeve, flat washer, spring washer and nut. After punching a straight hole in the concrete substrate, the hole is reamed again at the bottom of the hole, and the cavity after reaming and the key piece of the anchor bolt open form an interlocking mechanism to realise the post-anchorage connection.

    Application: 
    ·Curtain wall pre-embedded parts fixing
    ·Curtain wall keel fixing

    Material: 
    ·Grade 4.8 steel, Grad 5.8 steel, Grade 8.8 steel, Stainless Steel 304(A2-70)/316(A4-80)
    ·Surface treatment (except stainless steel):
    Electro-galvanised (zinc layer thickness >5um), to be used in normal environments.
    Hot-dip galvanised (zinc layer thickness >45um), to be used in corrosive environments.

    Substrate: 
    ·Non-cracked concrete/cracked concrete
    ·Natural stone

    Advantages: 
    ·Mechanical key-locking effect for shallow burial depths and high load carrying capacity
    ·Almost no expansion stresses, suitable for anchoring with small margins
    ·Maximum tensioning of the expansion piece to achieve the desired force condition
    ·Maximum design load immediately after installation, no waiting time (compared to chemical anchors)

    Operation process
    1、 Use straight hole drill bit to drill the corresponding diameter and depth of the empty
    2、 Use special bottom-expanding drill bit to shake the bottom to make the bottom expand into a wedge-shaped hole.
    3、 Use the dust blower to blow dust into the hole until no dust overflows from the hole.
    4、 Strike the anchor bolt after expanding the bottom, make the bottom rise open to complete the anchoring
