Product Description:
Consisting of screw, flared casing, flat washer, spring washer and nut.
Available in 5.8 grade steel, 8.8 grade steel, 304(A2-70)/316(A4-80) stainless steel and other materials.
Surface treatment (except stainless steel) are:
1、Electro-galvanised (zinc layer thickness >5um), used in general environment;
2、Hot dip galvanised (zinc layer thickness >45um), used in corrosive environments.
Product Applications:
Used in non-cracked concrete/cracked concrete, natural stone and other substrates, high loads of structural elements fixed or heavy equipment installation
★Self-expanding mechanical anchors have stable and excellent anchoring performance under high loads, vibration loads, and shock loads.
★Mechanical locking, no need to wait for curing time after installation in place, improving construction efficiency.Operation process:
1、Use straight hole drill bit to drill the corresponding diameter and depth of the hole
2、Use the special bottom-expanding drill bit to shake the bottom to make the bottom rise into a wedge-shaped hole
3、Use the soot blower to blow soot into the hole until no soot overflows from the hole
4、Tap the anchor after expanding the bottom, make the bottom rise open to complete the anchorage
