◆Definition:
Pre-embedded groove is a kind of pre-embedded parts for construction, pre-embedded device, first C-type groove pre-embedded in the concrete, and then the big head of the T-bolt into the C-type groove, to be installed in the components and then fixed with T-bolts.◆Usage:
Pre-embedded channels are ideal for easy installation and adjustable fixings
The use of foam filler in the channel prevents concrete from entering the channel
Any component can be fixed with pre-embedded channels
For example:
1、Concrete curtain walls
2、Precast concrete slabs
3、 Pipe support systems
4、Brickwork supports
Pre-embedded channels are also suitable for all fixtures where dynamic loads occur, such as lifting rails or mechanical fixtures. Special hot-drawn channels can be used for this purpose.◆Features:
1、 High load capacity, up to 32kN or 128kN/m;
2、 Small margins, minimum 5cm;
3、 Easy to adjust;
4、 No noise and dust free during installation;
5、 has obtained the official certification, can be used for static and dynamic loads;
6、 Good corrosion resistance, made of stainless steel or hot-dip galvanised steel.
