Hunan Luci Expressway is a key control project of the Luhongshan (Hunan-Hubei border) to Cili Expressway invested and constructed by China Railway Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd. The Luhongshan Tunnel is the starting point of the Luci Expressway. Its entrance and exit are located in Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County, Hubei Province and Shimen County, Hunan Province respectively. It is a special long tunnel that runs through Luhongshan Mountain on the border of Hunan and Hubei Province, with a total length of 4,445 meters. The tunnel adopts a separate It has a double-hole structure, a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour, and two-way four-lane traffic. After the Luci Expressway is completed and opened to traffic, it will connect the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, Huping Mountain, Zhangjiajie and other well-known tourist attractions, becoming a convenient tourist channel, further improving the road network layout, and achieving reasonable layout and interconnection.
The area where the Luhongshan Tunnel is located is a typical karst development area with a variety of adverse geology. The consultants of the Tedun technical team had in-depth communication and exchanges with the structural designers. After a comprehensive assessment, they finally decided to use Tedun rear bottom expansion anchors: M12*100.
The Tedun rear bottom expansion anchor bolt complies with the "Design Code for Reinforcement of Concrete Structures" GB50367-2013 and "Technical Specifications for Rear Anchorage of Concrete Structures" JGJ145-2013. It has almost no expansion force and is suitable for anchoring with limited edge distance. The mechanical locking effect achieves high bearing capacity and ensures maximum safety.
